Psalm 96
God is righteous,
faithful, strong, in
Splendor, beauty, majesty;
By the sea which roars with gladness,
Sunset, mountain, rock and tree;
God’s creation tells the story
Of His love, to die for thee,
For creator, Christ of glory
Humbly died upon the tree!
So let us, his humble servants,
Sing of His blest name abroad.
Through the earth proclaim His mercy;
Tell the nations of thy God.
For the pagans worship idols;
Worthless wood and stone they praise.
Tell of marvelous salvation
And declare God’s glorious ways!
Every tribe and tongue and nation
Sing a new song to your God!
Offer daily praise and worship:
Glory, honor, highest laud.
Sing for joy, exult with gladness
For the Lord is quick to love,
For Christ Jesus died to save thee
And he reigns in heav’n above!
