I worship thee, Lord Jesus,
as children did of old,
who sang within thy temple
hosannas manifold.
I worship thee, Lord Jesus,
who, on thine altar laid,
in this most awful service,
our food and drink art made.
I worship thee, Lord Jesus,
who in thy love divine,
art hiding here thy Godhead
in forms of bread and wine.
I worship thee, Lord Jesus,
and kneeling unto thee,
as thou didst come to Mary,
I pray thee come to me.
I worship thee, Lord Jesus,
my King and Savior mild:
thou hast blessed other children;
bless also me, thy child. |
